Call Soldier

  • Call directly

e-Welfare also enables family and friends to contact the deployed serviceman or woman. This assumes that the deployed person already has an e-Welfare account, for which a personal telephone number is issued.

For the home front to reach a soldier by phone, you need to create a VoIP account (which can be done for instance at www.12connect.com). This account is especially for the home front. The deployed serviceman or woman need to create an e-Welfare account at www.e-welfare.nl.

It is only possible to call to the so-called WiFI telephone or softphone (programm on the laptop), it is not possible to call to a mobile phone.

  • Voicemail

If the deployed serviceman or woman has created an e-Welfare account (and received a personal phone number at the registration) you can leave a voicemail message if he/she cannot be reached through the call directly.
