GSM telephone settings
- Ensure your mobile phone is simlock-free. (Not older than 4 year because of the compatibility with the system)*.
- Ensure the caller display function is switched on. Problems can arise if this function is blocked.
- Ensure your softphone is switched off (GSM and WiFi applications do not work together).
* e-Welfare does not support phones.
WiFi telephone settings
For using VoIP telephony, we advise to download the so-called Softphone or Express Talk. These can be downloaded, for instance, through the following links:

Express Talk settings
When installing Express Talk when you are connected to e-Welfare, you will get an error 3 times. Please ignore these errors and continue the installation.

The above settings can be used for all SIP applications. These are for instance softphones for computer use but also telphones equipped with wifi. Some fields might be called differently in the programm you are using. For more information please refer to the instruction manual or documentation of the designated software.
