After deployment

  • Deactivate your SIM card by using the button (De)activate your SIM card. Then you will get your deposit back on your bank account. You can keep it for a possible subsequent deployment.
  • You can request the remaining credit on your account to be paid back to you. See "I am going home, but still have credit on my account" under Frequently Asked Questions.
