I cannot create an account at an Apple Macintosh or with the Google Chrome browser.

Unfortunately we are facing some problems if you create an account with an Apple Macintosh. The best way to tackle this issue is to only create your account at a Windows PC. After creating an account on a Windows PC you can make perfecly use of the rest of e-welfare internet with a Mac.Also creating an account on a Google Chrome browser causes problems at the moment. We advise to create your account with a Mozilla Firefox browser.


I can no longer log in

  • Check that you have not forgotten the # sign at the end of the 12-digit e-Welfare PIN code.
  • Make sure you have created an account on this website www.e-welfare.nl and not directly with our billing partner 12Connect.
  • A year after the last credit top-up your account will automatically become inactive. You can notify us of this by filling in the reaction form and we can then reactivate your account. The balance on an inactive account remains valid, so you will not lose out.
  • Did you loose your log in data? Please ask for these through the link below.

Problems logging in


What do the various payment statuses at my telephony account mean exactly?

  • Started: The payment process has started. If the steps have not all been completed and the amount has not been debited, then the payment has not been successfully completed, even though it is shown as being started.
  • Paid: Status "Paid" means that the payment has been received. If the status shows Closed/Success, the payment will be fully processed.
  • Closed/Successful: The payment has been successfully completed.
  • Closed/Expired: The payment has not been fully completed. This attempt will be closed definitively by the system after a few days.
  • Closed/Canceled: The payment has been cancelled by the user itself. This attempt will be closed definitively by the system after a few days.
  • Charged back: The amount by which you credited your account was cancelled by yourself or your bank. This amount will be immediately deducted from your account. To continue using the e-welfare services, you will have to credit your account again.

Where can I buy a prepaid voucher?

Vouchers are sold at the ECHOS at Kandahar and give 500 internetminutes. Unfortunately, we do not yet have sales outlets at the other compounds.


Is the connection secure enough to fill in my data?

Payments through this website are protected and can even not been accessed by the e-Welfare Team. Sensible information like a voucher number or your bank account number that you have to fill in, will only be registred through the protected Triple Deal website, www.tripledeal.nl, the company that processes payments between suppliers and banks.

You can check this by viewing the properties of the web page at the moment you have to fill in your data. It will show Protocol : HyperText-overdrachtsprotocol met privacy en Verbinding : SSL 3.0, RC4 met 128-bits codering (Hoog); RSA met 1024-bits overdracht.

You can also check the address at the top. It should start with https://www.tripledeal.com/ps/com.tripledeal.paymentservice.servlets.PaymentService?command....... (Https: means that it concerns a secured webpage).
